Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping floors.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and arranging product displays.
  • Participate in inventory management, including counting stock, reporting discrepancies, and recommending inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
