We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Planning Specialist to join our team at Indegene. As a Medical Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality medical information documents, conducting literature searches, and responding to medical information requests and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Creation of medical information documents, including standard response documents, questions and answer documents, and reactive slide decks
- Conducting literature searches to identify key literature that supports the creation of medical content
- Responding to medical information requests and inquiries from internal and external customers
- Updating documents at regular intervals and maintaining a database of frequently used medical information documents
- Delivering high-quality literature search and obtaining copyright permissions as needed
- Working with medical information and medical affairs teams during congresses, product launches, and key data releases
- Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, etc.)
- ~1-2 years of scientific writing/content writing experience in research, life science, and pharmaceutical companies
- Ability to perform in-depth literature research, analysis, and interpretation of medical data
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French language proficiency is a must)
