Responsibilities:

* Conduct performance reviews of staff members to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity
* Enforce provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and responsible environment for customers and staff
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the highest quality and best value for our customers
* Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive reputation for our restaurant
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers have a positive experience at our restaurant
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

* 5-10 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
