Job Title: Store Manager - Retail Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Kingsview Kitchen & Cabinets. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of retail management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a 35-hour workweek
Work Environment:
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 5-10 staff members. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
