Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Regal Nails Salon and Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of nail technicians to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 nail technicians
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
    • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Customer Service
    • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them professionally
  • Operations and Administration
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
    • Prepare and submit progress reports and other administrative tasks
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Quality Control and Improvement
    • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
    Requirements
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Equivalent experience in a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
