Forest Nursery Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forest Nursery Worker to join our team at PRT Campbell River Nursery in Campbell River, BC. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in the harvesting of tree seedlings for reforestation across North America.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the daily operations of the nursery, including seedling harvesting, planting, and maintenance
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve nursery goals and objectives
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of forest seedling nursery activities and best practices
* Collaborate with the Nursery Lead and report to the Nursery Manager
Requirements
* Reliable transportation
* Good manual dexterity and eyesight
* Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
* Commitment to quality and safety
