Forest Nursery Specialist

PRT is seeking a skilled Forest Nursery Worker to join our team at our Campbell River Nursery in Campbell River, BC. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in harvesting tree seedlings for reforestation across North America.
This is a seasonal position that offers a safe work environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world. If you have a passion for working outdoors and are eager to learn about forest seedling nursery activities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with harvesting tree seedlings for reforestation
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Develop skills and knowledge in forest seedling nursery activities
- Collaborate with the nursery team to achieve quality and safety standards
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Good manual dexterity and eyesight
- Ability to stand for lengthy periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Commitment to quality and safety
