Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist - Technical Advisor to join our team at INNTECH FUTURE INC.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with computer systems.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to customer issues.
  • Training and Development: Offer advice and training to customers in response to identified difficulties, promoting independence and self-sufficiency.
  • Knowledge Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, ensuring knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Software Development: Participate in the redesign of applications and other software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise other technical support workers in this group, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Work Environment:

The Customer Support Specialist - Technical Advisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
