Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our private household team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care Assistance: Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene, as well as provide support with feeding and meal preparation.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including laundry and light housekeeping duties.
- Companionship: Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an asset
