Capital Markets Associate Vice President

Colliers International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Markets Associate Vice President to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Capital Markets group, you will be responsible for executing on Colliers' revenue and market share growth strategy, working closely with Senior Leaders to assist with business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective project management, including overseeing project completion timelines and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Play a role in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), conducting, organizing, delegating, and supplying relevant qualitative and quantitative analyses in presentation form.
  • Establish and maintain strong client communication channels to further solidify team operations and to promote the Capital Markets brand.
  • Collaborate with Colliers Brokerage Advisors to help enhance their capabilities and provide added benefit to the client.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate license is required, in addition to 5+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.
  • Relationships with Investors including REITs, Public Corporations, Pension Funds, and other large Institutional entities.
  • A team player that can lead, manage, and prioritize tasks effectively with efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree. Post-secondary degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related field is an asset.
