Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Join National Bank as a Financial Services Representative and take the first step towards a rewarding career in investments. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners in their administrative investment activities, while also participating in business development activities with clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
  • Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
  • Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
  • Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
  • Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
Your Team:

You will be part of a collaborative team that values empathy and open-mindedness. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with your partners. This position reports to the Financial Planner Manager.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring).
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
  • Basic investment knowledge.
  • Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.
