About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Representative to join our team at National Bank. As a Financial Services Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with their investment needs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on investment products and services
  • Assist clients with investment transactions and account management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring)
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development
  • Basic investment knowledge
  • Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing and transaction products
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time
