Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lo-Cost Auto Repairs Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, administering policies and procedures related to record release, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets.

About You
  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • You possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Responsibilities
  1. Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  2. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  3. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  4. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  5. Train staff.
  6. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  7. Resolve conflict situations.
  8. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
