Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our ICU setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of patient responses.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and monitor medical equipment, including ventilators, dialysis machines, and other life-support devices.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in ICU or critical care setting.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification and any other relevant certifications.
As an Intensive Care Nurse at the Institut universitaire de cardiologie et de pneumologie de Québec, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be expected to work under pressure and make sound judgments in high-stress situations.
