Job Summary
Magnus HRS is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Response department. As a Traveling Intensive Care Unit Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Response department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bilingual (French/English) language skills.
- Licensed nurse in Canada.
- At least one year of experience in ER or ICU nursing in Canada.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Current TB test within the last 12 months.
Benefits
- $105-$115/hour rate.
- $150/shift stipend.
- Travel reimbursement.
- 12-hour day and night shifts.
