Job Summary

As a Portfolio Administrator at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in mitigating client, reputational, and operational risk related to leasing products and processes. You will support RBC Traditional Leasing services to our business clients by enhancing the client experience and mitigating against operational risk through effective portfolio management routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill reporting and cash management activities and routines as per normal schedule and lifecycle through various channels.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment to all internal policy and procedure documentation of all incoming and outgoing workflow.
  • Advocate for RBC Key Behaviors and consistently demonstrate their positive impact on business and individual performance in day-to-day activities.
  • Effectively and accurately update reporting, such as closing leases on the system as it has been fully paid out or small balance remaining.
  • Manage cash by applying cheque activities received to outstanding balance.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems by generating, evaluating, and recommending alternatives.
  • Ability to discern when to update and seek guidance.
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
