Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas+.
Key Responsibilities:- Hiring and Training: Hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain a well-organized store.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
