Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership skills and knowledge of the culinary industry to lead our team of food service staff. As a Hospitality Team Lead at Osmow's Grill, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations, managing inventory, and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Establish work schedules and manage team workflow to meet business objectives
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service standards
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient requirements, and prepare budget estimates
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements

To succeed as a Hospitality Team Lead at Osmow's Grill, you'll need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 7 months of experience in food service management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $$$45,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is an estimate only and may vary based on individual circumstances.
