About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, managing stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute plans for IAM implementation and deployment, aligning with our release schedule.
  2. Effectively manage stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  3. Utilize project management skills to assign tasks, meet deadlines, and drive project success.
  4. Assess technical strategies and security controls, applying risk management principles to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in upper-management roles, preferably in program management.
  2. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills.
  3. Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
  4. Strong technical expertise.
  5. Effective written and oral communication skills.
  6. Experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ.
  7. 3 levels of experience available:
    1. 1+ years of experience as an IT project manager, including 1 year in the IAM domain and vulnerability resolution coordination; OR
    2. 3+ years as an IT project manager, 4 years as a release manager, including 1 year in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ); OR
    3. 20+ years of project management experience, at least 7 years in program management and delivery team management in the IAM domain (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi-site worldwide distributed team management. Experience in Agile development and SAFe.
Job Details
  1. Type of job: Temporary Contractor – 1 year.
  2. Location: Saint John, New Brunswick.
  3. Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hour week.
