**Job Summary**

TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for IAM implementation and deployment, aligning with our release schedule.
  • Lead and manage upper-management teams, leveraging exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of IAM projects.
  • Apply outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize exceptional technical knowledge and project management skills to assign tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure the successful delivery of IAM projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, leveraging strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Assess technical strategies and security controls, applying risk management skills to ensure the security and integrity of our IAM solutions.
  • Experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ is highly desirable.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ years of experience as an IT project manager, including 1 year of experience in the IAM domain and vulnerability resolution coordination; OR
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT project manager, 4 years of experience as a release manager, including 1 year of experience in release management and post-implementation support coordination in IAM (including Identity IQ); OR
  • 20+ years of experience in project management, at least 7 years as a program manager and delivery team manager in the IAM domain (including Identity IQ) and 10 years of multi-site worldwide distributed team management. Experience in Agile development and SAFe is highly desirable.
