**Job Summary**
TV2 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement plans for the implementation and deployment of IAM solutions, aligning with the company's release schedule.
- Lead and manage upper-management teams, preferably with experience in program management.
- Utilize exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization skills to drive project success.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
**Requirements**
- Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Exceptional technical knowledge and experience with SailPoint Technologies - Identity Access Management & IdentityIQ.
- Project management skills to assign tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Risk management skills to assess technical strategies and security controls.
- Experience with Agile development and SAFe methodologies.
**Benefits**
- Temporary Contractor position with a 1-year term.
- Normal 37.5 hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
