Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, employee assistance program, pension matching, and gym subsidy.

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Expert, you will be responsible for driving quality and championing defect prevention and early detection by utilizing automation. You will develop and maintain automated tests for both API services and User Interfaces, as well as mentor other members of the quality assurance team on test automation techniques and best practices.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an automated test infrastructure for a large new ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using efficient and reusable automation code.
  • Perform performance and load testing of web applications and supporting APIs.
  • Mentor other QA team members on automation tools and techniques.
  • Participate in our agile process by being an active contributor in daily standups, sprint kick-offs, demonstrations, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in the software quality assurance industry, 2+ years of experience in automated testing with one or more test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, experience using programming languages like C#, JAVA, knowledge of database concepts and good knowledge of SQL, familiarity with API testing, and experience in business requirements analysis and test case design.
