Job Title: Team Lead, Account Data Management Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead, Account Data Management Administrator to join our Operations team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Account Data Management team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Account Data Management team, providing guidance and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team's work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the team's work and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data management and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
