We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting our executives in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, ensuring timely responses to clients and colleagues
  • Greet and assist office visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere
