Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Guangson Consulting Richmond Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and analyzing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
  • Analyze reports and provide recommendations
  • Prepare invoices and financial statements
  • Administer contracts and other documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
