BANFF LOGISTICS INC. is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our logistics team, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and plan for logistics services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training and Development: Train staff on administrative procedures and policies.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word. Knowledge of social media and MS Outlook.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 35 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
