Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Fleet Foreman/Woman to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, training or arranging for training, and coordinating and scheduling activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and safe operations
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and requirements
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks as required
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Organized and team player
