About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Kin's Social. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to boost profits
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, including balancing cash and completing financial reports
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills
