Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUTTON PARK INN. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, ensuring that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, helping to promote our restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a positive and professional response.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience at our restaurant.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our restaurant is located in a remote location, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
