Urban Barn is seeking a talented Floor Supervisor to enrich the customer experience and grow with our team at our London Wonderland store in London, Ontario. As a national retail chain with over 50 stores across the country, we offer high-quality furniture and home décor. Our passion is making our customers and employees feel right at home.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, maintaining visual standards and cleanliness of the store
  • Ensure the performance of the store, driving sales and customer satisfaction
