Are you passionate about helping people create homes they love? Do you have a keen eye for interior décor and merchandising? We're seeking a talented Floor Supervisor to join our team at Urban Barn in London, Ontario.

As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in enriching the customer experience and growing your skills with a well-known Canadian retailer. You'll collaborate with our Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice on interior design
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, ensuring our stores are always stocked and visually appealing
  • Monitor store performance and maintain high visual standards and cleanliness
What We're Looking For:
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience, with a focus on customer service leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising, with a keen eye for detail
  • A commitment to a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
