Job Summary

Namo Cafe Bistro seeks an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management staff, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff supervision.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Evaluate and improve kitchen procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal use and minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a head chef or equivalent position.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
