Job Overview:

The Software Release Manager position at Highbrow LLC involves leading application deployments across diverse technologies within a single domain, such as IaaS automation on VMC, Terraform, and Salt, as well as OpenStack, Cloudify, and Salt. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud and non-cloud services, products, and platforms, with a focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems for building, installing, and deploying code packages, artifacts, and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead application deployments across all environments for an application or product.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated systems for building, installing, and deploying code packages, artifacts, and configurations.
  • Collect and translate environment requirements for infrastructure implementation, analyzing the current system environment using technical tools and utilities as required.
  • Integrate technical solutions within the business environment, recognizing system interdependencies and reusability, and ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Define and ensure that appropriate security levels are established and maintained for processes, information exchange, and system implementations.
  • Report to the Application Release Engineering Segment Practice Lead.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience and knowledge in managing broad and highly complex platforms that are diverse in scope.
  • Experience with IaaS automation on VMC, Terraform, Salt, OpenStack, Cloudify, or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of ARE domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and procedures, as well as organization issues.
  • Advanced knowledge of applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business/organization, and Bank standards.
