Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Human Resources: Conduct performance reviews, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and participate in marketing plans.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervision: Supervise 11-15 people and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a willingness to relocate.
