Job Title: Roof and Exterior Washing Lead Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train teams to ensure high-quality exterior cleaning services
  • Ensure safety standards are met and maintained
  • Maintain quality service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage equipment maintenance
  • Communicate with clients and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in exterior cleaning and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
