About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roof and Exterior Washing Lead Technician to join our team at Matt's Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our exterior cleaning operations, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise exterior cleaning teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Manage equipment maintenance and inventory
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics to meet customer needs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in exterior cleaning or a related field
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
