About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Roof and Exterior Washing Technician to join our team at Matt's Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and properties are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain roofs, gutters, windows, walls, and ground surfaces
  • Install and remove Christmas lights
  • Perform snow removal and salting services
  • Supervise and train teams
  • Ensure safety standards are met
  • Manage equipment maintenance
  • Maintain quality service standards
  • Coordinate scheduling
  • Communicate with clients
  • Resolve issues promptly
Requirements
  • Lift heavy equipment (up to 60lbs)
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Endurance for physical labor
  • Agility on ladders
