Role Overview

A&W is committed to serving high-quality food and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

Job Description

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver outstanding service and maintain the highest standards of quality. This includes coordinating team members to exceed guest expectations on every visit, mentoring staff to develop their skills, and implementing new innovations from A&W.

You will work closely with your team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, handle guest complaints professionally, and maintain a clean and safe working environment. Your expertise in all restaurant positions, leadership experience, and ability to learn quickly will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high-quality food standards
  • Mentor staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Implement new innovations from A&W and drive business growth
  • Coordinate team members to exceed guest expectations on every visit
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Leadership experience, including the ability to direct the work of others
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
