Produce Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Produce Manager to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our retail store operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of your department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute department goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory.
- Assist the Store Manager in communicating operational requirements and translating the vision into departmental initiatives.
- Provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience managing a produce department.
- Familiarity with retail and customer service.
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
- Believes in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most.
