We are seeking a highly skilled Produce Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our Retail Store Operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks within the Produce department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the Produce department to maintain excellent customer experience.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team.
- Implement sales strategies that support the company's vision.
Requirements:
- Previous Retail Produce experience.
- Retail Team Leadership experience is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
