Job Summary:

The System Integrator II is a key member of our team at Ulteig Engineers, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems that integrate multiple sub-systems to meet the operational and regulatory needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logic for assigned project tasks, including programming and commissioning control systems.
  • Design and develop technical documentation, such as control logic, test procedures, and user manuals.
  • Program PLCs, RTUs, and SCADA systems using one or more of the following platforms:
  • Supervise on-site commissioning and start-up of control systems.
  • Take ownership of personal quality and ensure that all work meets the highest standards.
  • Responsible for completing tasks and projects within allotted timeframes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Two-year technical degree in a relevant field, such as industrial control systems, robotics, or computer science.
  • ~2-4 years of experience in industrial control systems, integration of robotics systems, or programming in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PLC/HMI/SCADA program development and testing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines by setting priorities.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Software Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL, and Access.
  • Must possess a valid Canadian Driver's License and ability to meet company driving standards.
