Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Client Services team in Greater Vancouver. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional servicing to our global client base of institutional and retail investors.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders, building relationships with global client and operations teams, and owning key responsibilities related to the transaction cycle of the Orbis Funds.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide information and support.
- Build strong relationships with global client and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Verify client transactions and validate sensitive client information.
- Lead impactful projects and initiatives to develop pragmatic improvements and innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to think independently and critically.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
- 1-3 years of professional experience with a proven track record of success and progression.
- Keen interest in the investment industry and a willingness to learn and grow.
The annual base salary for this position will be between $60,000 and $65,000 per year excluding benefits. The total compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus.
