About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at MODA SMART HOME INC. As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales: Develop and execute strategies to promote our products and services to existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and recommend the most suitable products or services to meet their needs.
  • Report and Proposal Development: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting their value and ROI.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Price Estimation and Contract Negotiation: Estimate prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates, negotiating contracts that meet clients' needs and our business objectives.
  • Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after the sale, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Training and Education: Train customers' staff on the operation and maintenance of our equipment, ensuring they are equipped to get the most out of our products.
  • Product Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to promote our products and services, highlighting their benefits and uses to clients and potential customers.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot problems related to our equipment, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to clients' inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
