About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at MODA SMART HOME INC. as a key player in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend suitable goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver Sales Presentations
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Provide Ongoing Support
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Advertise and Promote Products
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
