About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Hugh Pite. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Assist with laundry and household tasks, ensuring a clean and organized living space
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to work in a remote location, with room and board provided
  • Willingness to relocate and adapt to new situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
