Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and safe store environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Work Environment

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth. You will be required to work a 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
