Key Responsibilities
  • Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver personal, management, and leadership development programs for all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and objectives.
  • Needs Assessment and Analysis: Monitor and assess personal, leadership, and organizational development needs, developing learning strategies to address these needs and drive business results.
  • Coaching and Intervention: Provide ongoing coaching and interventions to support learning and development, ensuring that our employees have the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Strategic Initiative Development: Lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen organizational and individual competencies, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to management staff, focused on improving team, leader, and systems effectiveness, and facilitating team development and cultural change initiatives.
  • Professional Development: Remain current in the practice of organization development and leadership development, researching and implementing cutting-edge best practices to drive business results.
  • Client Service Delivery: Ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery and evaluation of People Development services, ensuring that our employees receive the support and resources they need to succeed.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Organization Development (OD), Leadership, or equivalent Behavioral Science, supplemented with 5-7 years of recent related experience in organization development and/or leadership development in an intermediate to large size organization.
  • Competencies: Demonstrated knowledge of organization development theory and applications, group facilitation skills, leadership development, adult learning strategies, and project management.
