Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Learn N Play. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate office administrative procedures, including reception, mail, and supply management.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, including providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
