Job Title: Offshore Drilling Rig Technician

Puglisevich Crews and Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Drilling Rig Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Offshore Drilling Rig Technician to work on our drilling rigs. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling mud systems and pumps, attaching pumps and hoses to wellheads, and writing daily progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain drilling mud systems and pumps
  • Attach pumps and hoses to wellheads
  • Write daily basic progress reports
  • Operate hydraulic pumping systems
  • Operate and maintain drilling rig diesel motors, transmissions and other mechanical equipment
  • Read gauges to interpret conditions and adjust pumping procedure
  • Assist in setting up, taking down and transporting drilling and service rigs
  • Mix chemicals and cements
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced offshore environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
