We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit team in New York. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform audits, including drafting reports and presenting issues to the business
  • Monitor and assess emerging risks, and recommend solutions
  • Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements
  • Apply internal audit standards, policies, and regulations to provide timely audit assurance
  • Develop effective relationships with senior stakeholders and other team members
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective project management skills
  • Effective influencing and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
